What we cannot help with
We are not a law firm and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you whether a case applies to you, whether you should opt out of a class, or what a release means for your situation. Those are questions for a licensed attorney in your state.
We do not administer settlements. If you received a class action notice, the court appointed settlement administrator named in that notice handles claims, deadlines, and payments. We cannot check your claim status or change a deadline.
We do not hold unclaimed property. State programs do. Search yours for free through your state treasurer or comptroller, or through the free multi-state search at unclaimed.org.
Where to report a suspected scam
The Federal Trade Commission takes reports at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Your state attorney general consumer protection division also accepts them. If you shared account credentials, identitytheft.gov walks through the recovery steps.
